THE FIRST OM & NOW YOGA IMMERSION
This is the first public Om & Now Yoga Immersion. Be among the first guests to experience Om & Now’s signature Yoga Immersion in South Goa. A small group. A beautiful setting. Seven days dedicated to practice, philosophy, nature, food, reflection and experiencing yoga in India.
Not just a yoga retreat. A yoga experience in India.
You’re not coming to complete a course or spend all day doing advanced postures. You’re coming to experience the many dimensions of yoga — body, breath, mind, philosophy, tradition, nature, food and community.
ASANA
Traditional Hatha Yoga taught with attention to breath, awareness and proper practice.
MEDITATION
Time to become still, observe the mind and develop awareness.

Experience Indian yogic traditions and understand the context behind the practices.
REST
Enough unstructured time to swim, read, nap, talk, walk or simply do nothing.

Traditional yogic breathing practices explored progressively and thoughtfully.
PHILOSOPHY
Explore deeper questions about life, suffering, desire, attachment, awareness, relationships and how we live.
NATURE
Sunrise, sunsets, beach walks, tropical surroundings and time beside the Arabian Sea.

PHILOSOPHY
Philosophy at Om & Now isn’t an academic lecture. It’s a space to explore real questions about how we live, why we suffer and what it means to live more consciously.
— What is yoga beyond the posture? —
— Why do we suffer and what creates attachment? —
— How does the mind influence the way we experience life? —
— What does it mean to live consciously? —
— What can yoga teach us about relationships, desire, discipline, contentment and awareness? —
— How can ancient ideas be meaningful in modern life? —
We connect these ideas to everyday situations — work, family, relationships and the way we move through the world — without exaggerated promises or grand claims.
TWO LENSES. ONE EXPERIENCE.
Om & Now respects traditional yoga while also exploring appropriate contemporary perspectives on the body, breath and mind. We don’t use fake science or big claims. Instead, we look at practice through two honest lenses:
Body — Asana + Anatomy
Traditional Hatha Yoga alongside a grounded understanding of how the body moves.
Breath — Pranayama + Physiology
Classical breathing practices explored with care, alongside what we know about the nervous system and breath.
Mind — Yoga Philosophy + Contemporary Understanding
Yogic ideas about the mind, suffering and awareness, in conversation with modern perspectives on psychology and behaviour.
EXPERIENCE THE FIRE

During the immersion you’ll take part in a traditional Indian fire ceremony. Before we begin, you’ll be introduced to its symbolism and cultural significance, so you understand what you’re taking part in and why it matters in the yogic tradition. This is a moment for reflection, intention and shared experience — not a promise of magical healing or instant transformation.

The Arabian Sea is part of the retreat.
Om & Now is located at Polem Beach in South Goa, beside the Arabian Sea. Sunrise and sunset light, barefoot walks, swimming, quiet sitting and tropical nature are all part of the experience. Sometimes the most meaningful part of a retreat is simply having nowhere to be.
SEE GOA FROM THE WATER
A boat trip is included as part of the immersion. It’s a chance to see Goa from the water, feel the sea air and enjoy a different perspective on the coastline — an experience to enjoy, not a forced “wellness activity”.

Nourishing food, with room for choice.
Meals at Om & Now are designed to feel abundant, fresh and welcoming — a way to experience Indian flavours while still feeling at home.
